Dr. Susan Dalton is a Utah native currently in my Maternal-Fetal Medicine sub-specialty training. She grew up in Salt Lake City and moved away for the entirety of her medical training. She attended medical school at the University of San Francisco and the University of Florida (moving states to be closer to her current partner). She performed by residency training at the University of North Carolina in OB/GYN. Dr. Dalton’s clinical interests include critical care, coagulopathies, and infectious disease in the obstetric population. Her research interests include genetics and epigenetics in pregnancy. She hopes to study the epigenetic influences underlying fetal neurodevelopment in my career. Dr. Dalton loves living in Utah, with its easy access to the outdoors. She has two small children and their favorite thing to do is take lazy hikes in the mountains. |
